The STP plug eliminate the problems of safety\u00a0typical of installation of normal conical plugs\u00a0and\/or expansion plugs for the exclusion of\u00a0tube exchangers.<\/strong> The STP plugs is produced in\u00a0more size and materials ad fits in a few\u00a0minutes. To install it on the tube exchanger is\u00a0sufficient to perform a slight conical reaming\u00a0and then to thread the end part of tube by\u00a0rolling. The rolled thread does not weaken the\u00a0tube, indeed strengthens the rolling expansion. The STP plug produces immediate and future\u00a0economic benefits because it is not invasive for\u00a0the tube sheet and do not require special tools\u00a0for the installation in safety conditions.<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7 The threaded connection ensures a solid\u00a0anchorage to the tube, preventing the\u00a0accidental projection as a result\u00a0of the thrust of the pressure.
